Arrangements Being Made To Seal Punjab Haryana Borders Before Farmers Delhi Chalo March


Farmers Delhi Chalo March: Elaborate arrangements are being made to seal the Punjab-Haryana borders in Ambala, Jind and Fatehabad districts ahead of the farmers’ proposed Delhi Chalo March on February 13.

Haryana Police on Saturday issued a traffic advisory in view of possible traffic disruption on major routes from Haryana to Punjab, urging travelers to travel on the state’s roads only if absolutely necessary on February 13.

In which seven districts order to ban mobile internet services?

The Haryana government has also ordered a ban on mobile internet services and sending multiple SMS (messages) in seven districts – Ambala, Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Jind, Hisar, Fatehabad and Sirsa – ahead of the farmers’ proposed Delhi march.

Meanwhile, Haryana Director General of Police Shatrujit Kapoor along with Inspector General of Police (Ambala Range) Siwas Kaviraj and Ambala Superintendent of Police Jashandeep Singh visited Shambhu border near Ambala on Saturday to take stock of the arrangements in view of the proposed farmers’ march.
